Assessing Learner Performance

Purpose and Learning Outcome-  The purpose of my assessment plan will be to have the learners demonstrate one concept from each of the 6 weeks that they feel like can assist them in their professional career. This will be a new learned skill as they try to mentally envision using the concepts in the future. There was so much knowledge given in the past 6 weeks and from each week is something to take away that you can use in a professional aspect.
The learning outcome I have chosen are; the learners will demonstrate their knowledge of the concept by envisioning how they can practice each one in the future.
By the end of the 6 weeks the learner will be able to take away one main concept/topic from each week.

Assessment Context-  By recalling one topic that stood out to them from each week will allow the learners  to use their memory and put it into practice. Learning many topics at once and cramming them into 6 weeks can be rough, so allowing the learner to pick what stood out to them and explain in their terms what the topic is about will relieve any stress they might have if having to study. This also will allow the instructor to see what they remembered. Attempting to use it in their professional life will show how you put book into practice, thus far making for real life experience.

Holistic Rubric- The rubric did not fit and is attached to my 3-5 pg. paper.
Testing Constraints-  Lack of comprehension of the 6 weeks might inhibit the learner to fulfill their assessment. Having no ability to focus under pressure (6 weeks). One final constraint could be having a difficult time using any of the concepts in their professional life.
